Tara

Tara has lived on the Powis Castle estate for nearly 30 years, an idyllic location in the heart of Wales. Working mainly with stoneware and porcelain, Tara creates both wheel thrown and handbuilt contemporary ceramics. Her work is influenced by natural phenomena, a keen interest in geology, traditional techniques and the surrounding landscapes, where she finds inspiration for form, texture and colour. Tara’s work can be viewed and purchased at the
